- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I endured an unpleasant time dealing with a representative, for some reason she couldn't understand that we wanted a summary or update to my mother's financial account. Apparently she had difficulty in listening and refused with the excuse that the account was just opened, what we tried to make clear is WHEN that info was available. - The manager came out and was very professional in explaining that they can't say for now until the account endures time. I'm never walking in to this location for service, since the representative did not request us a Debit card to be delivered while she was too busy being bitter.
